PAINTINGS 1983–1993
In the 1980s I started painting, making large biomorphic-inpsired works with oil stick on canvas. At the same time, I collaborated with Robert Kleyn in Rome to make a series of 10-12 drawings, modifying concepts of road signs and symbols to create playful narratives that are sometimes absurd.
